Hello All. I am looking forward to seeing and hearing the Flamingo Band at this year’s fan fair. I hope the girl singer Jessica who sings “Dime si tu me quieres” and “Tell Him” makes it as new artist of the year. She is such a good singer and we just love to hear her sing. She has voice you never get tired of hearing. Way to go Jessica. Please all of you come out and support this group from California called the Flamingo Band. You will be glad you did. Buy their lasted CD and have it signed by all members. They will also have T_shirts. See you all at the Fan Fair. thanks.

San Antonio, TX 78207San Antonio, TX – The morning of March 20th starts off with the popular Tejano Mixer & Breakfast at Cattleman’s Patio Bar & Grill. The mixer is designed for fans and artists to network with Tejano Music industry professionals over an authentic San Antonio breakfast.
At 9:45 the Network moves across the street to Cattleman’s Saloon for the 2010 TMN Tejano Forum.
The Tejano Music Network will then present the next installment in their series of forums on the betterment of the Tejano Music Industry. This years topic of discussion will be focused on the emergence of the digital market including advertising, commerce, broadcasting and artist development.
True to form, this years forum will be the first to utilize digital broadcasting via Stickam. Fans from around the world will be able to attend the forum and have the ability to send in their questions via the Stickam Chat room during the popular “Open Mic” session.

The Tejano Fan Fair focuses on the opportunity to experience new Groups and listening to the various sounds they re-invent. Also, I give all the respect to the legends of TEJANO but we have to also make way for the new ARTISTS that are trying to make a name for themselves. As people need to get out of the past and support the new bands that are going to keep the Tejano industry strong for the generations to follow.

Whats Up Raza? We are gearing up for Fanfair 2010! I would love to see la voice JAY PEREZ, little miss dinamite SHELLY LARES, and original showbands like LA SOMBRA and LA FIEBRE. Im 28 years old and have been in this game since 1993. We as la onda have lost a bunch of power fm tejano stations and its hard to keep up. All I know is,, Im proud to have a Fanfair to go to and still represent. PURO TEJANO……

to whom it may concern. how come PROXIMO SONIDO isn’t in the fan-fair line-up? they’re an up and coming artist and 2009 TTMA nominee.as well as other bands that were there last year like HOMETOWN BOYS, ALBERT ZAMORA, THOZE GUYZ, AND MANY MORE. anyway, we aint gonna make the trip to see a bunch of groups we’ve never heard of.

To La Preferencia, is the girl who sang with you last year the girl who won that Selena contest? I saw you all last year and she was great. I looked her up on youtube and La Preferencia came up. I really want to see her sing. Is she still with the band because I notice on the lineup that it said Mariano y la Preferencia. I really am looking forward to seeing her sing.

I understand thats what it was designed for but there are a few big name bands playing on the main stages throughtout the weekend. People are always talking about keeping TEJANO MUSIC ALIVE!!! I am from Midland Texas and we have seen a growth in interest in tejano. I just think that having these guys perforn will help the Tejano industry prosper and grow. Que Viva La Onda!!!!!

Yes I did hear that Ilyssa Saenz was going to be there. I would really like to know what time she is going to perform. I saw her during the competition and would really love to see her perform live. If anyone knows what time she will be performing please let me know!!!

Looking forward to fan fair but wondering why La Fuerza and Jay Perez are not on the lineup. I was also wondering about Ram Herrera, and if you guys ever think about getting the old school bad asses like La Fibre,La Mafia,La Sombra and Xcelencia to perform that would be the ULTIMATE TEJANO SHOW!!!!!
