If your organization is Accepted Your Organization must immediately start promoting the 2025 Tejano Music Awards Fan Fair All material must be shared from Tejano Music Awards official Facebook, Twitter & Instagram accounts. Anyone wearing our credintials represents TTMA. If you are caught drinking or being disrespectful while wearing our credentials you will automatically be stripped of all credentials and banned from applying for media credentials for up to 3 years. You will have on stage access from noon til 6pm to take video/pictures Do Not be on stage for longer than 2mins to allow others to take photos and record video. After 6pm media will not be allowed access on any stages. You will be allowed in front of the stage in a gated media area to take your photos or videos. For the privacy of our artist scheduled after 6pm media backstage access will be denied. TTMA requires media to submit the following: ARTIST ACTION PHOTOS & VIDEO / FAN PHOTOS & VIDEO / PHOTOS & VIDEO OF MEET N GREET / Absolutely, No photos or videos of yourself with fans or artist. You're here to capture fun and exciting moments of fanfair. ALL MEDIA MUST WEAR THE BADGE AND BRACELET PROVIDED BY TTMA. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS BY SECURITY IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING BOTH CREDENTIALS PROVIDED BY TTMA.
