Artist Event Guidelines — Please Read Carefully

1. Arrival and Parking
Please arrive early to allow sufficient time to find parking near Hemisfair Park and travel to your assigned stage. Plan accordingly to ensure you are ready to perform at your scheduled time.

2. Equipment and Stage Access
This is a promotional artist event. Each artist is responsible for planning ahead and ensuring all equipment can be transported to and from the assigned stage on time. We will make every reasonable effort to assist artists with equipment; however, assistance is not guaranteed. Artists must have a reliable backup plan in place and must not rely solely on event staff for equipment transportation.

3. Scheduled Performance Times
All performance times are firm and must be respected. Artists who arrive late or are not ready to perform at their scheduled start time will not receive additional performance time. No extensions will be granted due to late arrival, setup delays, parking issues, or equipment transportation problems.

4. Respect for the Event Schedule
Every band is expected to respect its allotted performance time and the artists scheduled to perform afterward. Delays affect other performers and the overall event schedule. All artists are expected to arrive on time, be fully prepared, and conduct themselves professionally.

Important Notice: By selecting your available dates, you acknowledge these guidelines and confirm that your band can meet the event's scheduling and logistical requirements. Please select only dates your band can confidently commit to.

🎤 Artist Session Schedule & Setup Requirements

We're excited to welcome our selected artists for an engaging promotional event! To ensure a smooth experience for all participants and attendees, please review the session schedule and setup requirements carefully.

🕒 Event Hours & Session Length

Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Each selected artist will receive one 2-hour and 30-minute session. Artist assignments and session times will be determined exclusively by TTMA.

Please note: Session times and event scheduling are subject to change. Artists are responsible for reviewing their assigned schedules and following any updates or instructions provided by TTMA.

⛺ Artist Setup & Equipment

Each artist is responsible for providing the necessary materials for their session, including:

Pop-up tent

Table

Chairs

Merchandise and promotional materials

Some tables may be available; however, tables are limited and are not guaranteed. Please plan to bring your own table and all other required setup materials. Do not assume that event-provided equipment will be available.

⏰ Early Arrival Is Required

Please arrive early enough to unload your supplies, set up your space, organize your merchandise, and be fully prepared before your assigned session begins.

Your setup and arrival are your responsibility. Late arrival or an incomplete setup should not interfere with your scheduled session or the overall event timeline.

TTMA reserves the right to adjust session times as needed. All selected artists are expected to remain flexible, arrive prepared, and follow their assigned schedule and event instructions.
