TTMA Red Carpet Experience – Official Rules & Agreement Get ready to shine\! We’re excited to welcome you to the TTMA Red Carpet Experience in celebration of the upcoming awards show. To ensure a smooth, safe, and unforgettable experience for everyone, please carefully review the following rules and requirements. REQUIRED ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Please type I AGREE in the field above and check the box below to confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to ALL TTMA Red Carpet Rules and Requirements. 1. Exclusive Access – Band Members Only Due to limited space and limousine capacity, ONLY BAND MEMBERS are permitted to participate in the Red Carpet Experience. Managers, media personnel, family members, and friends are not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted by TTMA. 2. Dress to Impress\! All Red Carpet participants are expected to dress to impress\! This is a special pre-awards show event, so come camera-ready, bring your best look, and prepare to make a memorable entrance. 3. Red Carpet Participation Does Not Include an Awards Show Ticket Red Carpet participation does NOT include admission to the awards show. Anyone wishing to attend the awards show must purchase a valid awards show ticket separately. ## 4. Mandatory Arrival Time & Location Date: Friday, November 13, 2026 Arrival Deadline: No later than 3:30 PM Drop-Off Location: Back entrance of Texas Rodeo Saloon All Red Carpet participants must be dropped off at the back entrance of Texas Rodeo Saloon no later than 3:30 PM. Participants must complete a security check and receive their limousine ride pass before proceeding. Please arrive early and allow sufficient time to complete these required steps. 5. Valid Ticket Required for Venue Entry All awards show tickets will be scanned and verified before participants proceed onto the Red Carpet. A valid awards show ticket is required to enter the building. Red Carpet participation does not guarantee admission to the venue. Participants without a valid awards show ticket will be directed to follow a separate route and will not be permitted to enter the building. -Final Acknowledgment & Agreement By typing I AGREE in the designated field above and checking the required box below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all TTMA Red Carpet Rules and Requirements.
