DEADLINE TO SUBMIT IS 11:59PM (Central CST) SUNDAY, JANUARY 14, 2024
Submission of the Fan Fair form does not guarantee you a spot at Fan Fair.
NOTICE: TMA reserves the right to assign time slots as needed. If your band is selected to perform and you do not show for your time slot without a valid reason, you will not be asked to perform the following year.
If you are unable to perform once you’ve confirmed, you are required to give TTMA a 30-day notice to allow us to find a replacement. Failure to do so may preclude you from any future consideration for future Tejano Music Awards TMA) Fan Fairs. Selecting preferred time(s) to perform does not guarantee you a slot at the TMA Fan Fair. TTMA Board of Directors reserves the right to change times requested to fit the needs of our event.
Time slots after 6:00 PM will be assigned by INVITATION ONLY.
All bands must bring all personal equipment. All drummers must bring snare drum, cymbals, and kick pedal. The sound will be provided. The backline will be provided (i.e. Amps, basic drum set, mics, etc)
Please email your band’s photo, biography and stage plot to admin@tejanomusicawards.com
Include your bands name in the subject line.
After your band is selected to perform, we encourage you to tell your fans to attend the Fan Fair by social media and through your website.
When advertising, the correct name of the event is:
TEJANO MUSIC AWARDS FAN FAIR
DO NOT use “TTMA Fan Fair” or the word “FanFare”.
